During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Terner Elder Law, P.L., developed efficiencies designed to allow clients of the firm to accomplish their legal planning – start to finish – from the comfort and safety of their own home. While in-office appointments and document signings have resumed, phone and video consultations remain available. The firm continues to offer virtual appointments and remote signing options for clients (1) who are geographically distant or otherwise unable to visit the office; (2) who are immunocompromised, not fully vaccinated, or unwilling to wear a mask if requested during an in-person meeting; or (3) who simply prefer a remote option.
